PLEASE NOTE: Current company policies are still in effect and can be found in your invoice.
Updated company policies are effective as of 30 September 2023 and can only be found via the website.
WE ACCEPT OFFERS and reserve the right to review offers for work and events that may or may not have the best interest of the company. All requests are considered as offers until both parties has established an agreement and thereafter can be considered either a confirmation or a cancellation.
Pricing can be found on the thespian fee page and any and all agreements signed will adhere to the corresponding pricing.
All requests starts with an offered amount thereafter the travel costs, BTW, styling, and any form of rehearsal fees are then applied based on the needs of the client.
Before adding the (9%) BTW percentage, a discussion would happen between the artist Fernando F. van der Kraats and the organizer/s of the event. This is no longer the case. In accordance to Dutch law the (9%)BTW is automatically added on top of the Thespian fee for every invoice. UNLESS PAID IN CASH.
Unless styling is provided, extra charges will be incurred for the use and maintenance of personal clothing, effects, equipment and any and all props. a.k.a styling. (Max 50 euros with no specification and Max 100 euros with specifications)
Other forms of payment are available such as cash, installments, bank transfers, and PayPal transactions. please contact ME@FERNANDOVANDERKRAATS.COM for payment in installments.
Travel Costs will always be applicable with an excel sheet attached/added to the invoice for you to review. If a specified amount is offered, any travel costs that exceed the specified amount, will be sent an invoice of the remaining sum. An additional 1% will be added as LATE FEES after 31 days of the invoice date. Failure to fulfill outstanding payments after 3 months will in result in further legal actions in correspondent to the invoice.
Each unpaid invoices is considered a strike until paid and after 3 strikes we reserve the right to forfeit all other requests until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Each booking request is unique and confidential to both parties and remains undisclosed to other parties outside of the contracted agreement.
A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Please refer to your invoice for more details about the NDA) is first signed before accepting a request. All agreements are tailored to fit the needs of the client and are not the same for other parties. The agreement is to not release information to protect the company and above all the client from misuse of information. DOES NOT INCLUDE MEDIA CONTENT.
All media content are free to use as long as the client acknowledges the company within said content. Any and all content used without said acknowledgement will incur a 25 euro fee per media content. This is applicable only when you have recieved an estimate/invoice from the company. (e.g. pictures, videos, social media content, flyers, advertisements, social media content).
We reserve the right to request a review of our service for the improvement of the company as well as the right to post it on our website.

What is a dancer in charge of?
Dancers are responsible for executing specific dance steps on stage. It's necessary that they remember in which order to take these steps which means that the ability to learn complex dance routines is a basic requirement and a prerequisite for dance auditions.

The choreographer's responsibilities include working alongside the director, attending auditions and rehearsals on schedule, collaborating with music, design, and costume departments, and providing training and support to all dancers.

What is a Gogo Dancer's job description?
The main role of a go-go dancer is to entertain crowds and get people in the mood to get out on the dance floor and join in on the fun. They are promoters and entertainers that perform at nightclubs, bars, casinos, concerts, and raves. They do not work in strip clubs.
What is a BTW fee?
VAT, Value Added Tax (Belasting Toegevoegde Waarde, BTW in Dutch), is a tax that is levied on the value added by an entrepreneur to a product or service. Every entrepreneur has to charge this BTW on its sales and remit it to the Dutch tax administration (Belastingdienst).
Are travel costs always applicable?
Yes travel costs are always applicable and starts at a fee of 25 euros depending on the specific request.
What is the payment law in the Netherlands?
Under Dutch law, the payment term for invoices to businesses is 30 days. Companies may also agree with each other on a shorter or longer payment term (in a specific contract or via general terms and conditions), but that payment term may never exceed 60 days.
Is every invoice the same as other proprietors that has requested a booking?
NO! each invoice is tailored to every booking requests differently and specifically to that requests and will be different than the other.
Why is an estimate sent before the invoice?
An estimate is sent to confirm your booking once the estimate is confirmed with both parties then is the invoice sent thereafter.
Is insurance included in the invoice?
At the moment the insurance is not included in the invoice. However depending on the request an insurance fee can be added for the protection of the artist.
Why are late fees added after getting an invoice?
Late fees are applied 1 day after the dued invoice date has been reached will be notified the next business day and will have 1 month to comply otherwise another late fee will be applied the following month and after the 3rd application of late fees and your notification. Your invoice will be sent the debtors office for further processing.
Is payments in installments possible?
Yes! Payments in installments is possible and should be confirmed by the company beforehand. If you choose to pay installments by any chance without said confirmation will be address as not notified and unaware.
How necessary are contracts?
